Mrs. Miletha (Hamann) Miller, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Hamann was born in Blue Earth Co., Minnesota, Aug 12, 1880. And after a brief illness died at her home in Williston Feb. 16, 1917, at the age of 36 years, 3 months and 4 days.
At the age of 14, she was confirmtoned in the Lutheran church at Wellington, Minnesota, and her last request was that her husband join her in the Lord's Supper.
September 3, 1901 she was married to Henry G. Miller. In the year 1904 they came to North Dakota- and about four years ago moved to this city.
Beside her parents- her husband and six children- she leaves four brothers: Willie Hamann of north Dakota, and Emil, Henry and Fred of Minnesota, and five sisters: Mrs. Ernestina Fritz, Mrs. Anna Fritz, Mrs. Emma Schaffran, Mrs. Jessie Black and Mrs. Elizabeth Arnsdorf all of Minnesota.
Mrs. Miller's life was one of love- self-sacrifice and devotion to her family.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon at the Methodist church by Rev. C. J. Ferster. They family have the sympathy of the entire community.
