Jimmie Hays Womack, 52, brother of Hall Womack of Weches and uncle of Hubert Womack of this city, died Sunday night in a hospital in Amarillo.
Mr. Womack was injured in an automobile accident Sunday July 3, at Clayton, New Mexico, receiving chest, head and other body injuries. He had been moved to Amarillo for surgery. His home is in Corsicana, and he had been off on a trip to West Texas and New Mexico. The remains were returned to Weches and funeral services held there on Tuesday afternoon."
