McCOMBS-- Kenneth Wayne (Ken), died February 6, 1999 at age 60. Born March 11, 1938 in Scranton, AR to Clyde and Martha McCombs. Survived by: his wife, Jeanie of Kiefer; 3 daughters, Joann Hollander of Palm Springs, CA, Angie Caudill of Verdigris and Karen Hull of Tulsa; and 6 grandchildren. 8 brothers and sisters from Oklahoma and Arkansas also survive Ken. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. After his service he was employed numerous years with Pepsi-Cola. He later started his own carpet business. Ken was an avid golfer. He was a long time member of the Mohawk Men's Golf Association. His family will remember him as a loving husband, father and wonderful grandfather. He will be remembered by friends as soft spoken and a man of his word. He was loved by many and respected by all. His family and friends will miss him greatly. Service will be 2 p.m., Wednesday, February 10 at the First Baptist Church of Glenpool. Services by Leonard & Marker Funeral Home of Bixby, 366-8288. (Tulsa World)
