Joan Riedeman Stark passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2016 in Mooresville, IN

She was born September 16, 1931 in Franklin County, IN. to August & Gertrude Riedeman. She married Harold Stark in 1953 and he survives.

Joan retired in 1999 and spent her time researching genealogy and traveling to steam engine shows with her husband.

In addition to her husband Harold, she is survived by two daughters Zona (Mrs. Greg) Howe and Nora Vails-Nuetzmann; her step children Jane Pavey and Mike (wife Sharon) Stark; 13 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a grandson, a step son, three sisters and four brothers.

A Celebration of Life will be 1 PM Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Todd Funeral Centre & Crematory in Rushville with Pastor Darryl Cooper officiating. Visitation will be from 11 AM until the time of the ceremony.

Burial will follow at Goddard Cemetery in Rush County.
