Wilburn Chester "Bill" Reed was the third of eleven children born to Perry Tillman and Ozie Ellen Inman Reed. He served our county as a Corporal in the Army Air Force during WWII. On December 20, 1941, Wilburn and Agnes C. Richter were married in Ashdown, Arkansas, a marriage that lasted over thirty three years until his death in January of 1975.
