Everett Jasper Larkin, 81, of St. Mary-of-the-Woods died on August 22, 1989 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born on October 3, 1907 in Mackinaw, Illinois to Alfred Wesley and Myrtle Azalea (Wilson) Larkin. He was a retired school custodian for Vigo County School Corporation. He is survived by his wife, Lula Bell (Lloyd) Larkin; his daughter, Joanne Kahl of West Terre Haute; his brothers, Arthur Vernon Larkin of St. Catherine, Florida, Floyd Alfred Larkin of Cadiz, Kentucky, and George Elmo Larkin of Bushnell, Florida; his sisters, Katherine Phoebe Brooks of Peoria, Illinois and Marjorie Lucille Madison of Brooksville, Florida; and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Bedino Chapel of the Valley in West Terre Haute with Rev. Alvin Ricklefs officiating. Burial will follow in Durham Cemetery.
