Mrs. Margaret A. Busby, aged 91 years, died in the home of her son. F. M. Busby, 443 South Haworth avenue, Thursday afternoon at 4:30 o'clock. Infirmities arising from advanced age caused the death. Mrs. Busby had lived in Oakland, Ill. 84 years and came to Decatur about five months ago when she became ill.
She was born near Knoxville, Tenn. Dec. 18, 1826. When about 7 years old, she moved to Oakland, Ill. with her parents and made her home there until a few months ago. She was a life long member of the Cumherland Presbyterian church.
She leaves two sons, F. M. Busby, of Decatur, and W. L. Busby, of Oakland, and nine grandchildren. Short funeral services will be conducted at the residence this afternoon at 4 o'clock. The body will be taken to Oakland for burial Saturday afternoon.
