Dolores Ann Marcoe Wanden

Passed from this life into the arms of our Heavenly Father on Jan 7 2016. By God’s grace she is now reunited with her infant daughter Mary Lee.

Born Jan 9 1929 in Puyallup, WA to Isadore & Anna (Groeper) Marcoe.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, William A Wanden and children: Ellen (Richard) Orndorff, Andrew (Sherry) Wanden, Anne (Bruce) Grimm, Dale (Tamie) Wanden, Beverly (Scott) Kennedy, Diane (Jeff) Kelley, Debra (Tim) Hermens, Barbara (Michael) Obert; 22 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild due in March, along with many fur babies throughout the years. Most recently, Bella was her constant companion remaining by her side during her final hours.

DeeDee was a 1947 graduate of PHS. As a lifelong member of All Saints Catholic Church, her strong faith was apparent to all who knew her.

There was no bigger Seahawks fan, watching the first game in 1976 and her last just last Sunday which afterwards began her big decline ! Her favorite player being Steve Largent with Jim Zorn, Dave Craig, and Franco Harris close behind. She was a long-time member of TOPS. She enjoyed crocheting, traveling, reading, crossword puzzles and a house full of family. In recent years, mom and dad enjoyed Wednesday night dinners with niece Sue Clary and her husband Russ.

A special thanks to our nurse angels, Kimmie and Kathy who helped so much in our time of need.
Our hearts are full! God blessed us to overflowing with the best wife, mother, aunt and friend.
Viewing will be Monday 3-7 PM.
Mass of Christian burial on Tuesday, 1-12-16 at 1:00 PM, a prayer vigil will be at 12:30 PM before the mass, at All Saints Catholic Church, 503 3rd St SW, Puyallup, WA.
