She married Joe Paul Castleman February 17, 1962 in Heavener, Oklahoma. She lived life to the fullest with Joe and the kids and grandchildren. She played cards at Doris McIntosh with the girls and she loved going to the casinos and playing bingo.
Billie is survived by her husband Joe Paul Castleman of the home in Clayton, Oklahoma; daughter Tambra Jean Kirby and husband Steven of Norman, Oklahoma; son Jeffery Paul Castleman and wife Cynthia of Prague, Oklahoma; daughter Paula Joann Peevy and husband Billy of Quinton, Oklahoma; 5 grandchildren Christa West, Leah Marti, Kalynn Castleman, Hailey Purdom, Ethan Kirby; 5 great grandchildren Leah West, Stephan West, Joshua West, Axyle Purdom, Cooper Lawson; 1 brother Leroy Hise of Whitesboro Texas; 1 sister in law Ruth Hise of Wewoka Oklahoma; several nieces, nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father Mack C. Hise, mother Lillie Mae (Leamy) Hise; brother David Ray Hise; sister Betty Jean Howze.
