Obituary for Robert Henry Pelley

Passed away on Friday, April 8, 2005 at Cambridge Memorial Hospital. Robert Pelley, beloved husband of Edith for 64 years, dear father of Marilyn (Bob) Young, loving grandfather of Krista (Gord) Skanes, all of Cambridge, and Tanya (Jeff) Lassaline, of Alvinston. Dear great-grandfather of Kaitlyn and Jacob Skanes of Cambridge and Lauren and Logan Lassaline of Alvinston. Lovingly remembered by his sisters Mabel Barrett of Clarenville, Newfoundland and Alma Dalton of Leesburg, Florida. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Bob worked for the Artex Woollens Mill in Hespeler for over 30 years and was a long time member of Saint Luke's United Church.
Bob's family will receive friends at the Lounsbury Funeral Home, 1766 Franklin Boulevard, Cambridge on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Saint Luke's United Church, 1620 Franklin Boulevard on Monday afternoon at 2 p.m. with interment at New Hope Cemetery. Those who wish may make a memorial donation to Saint Luke's United Church.
