A Celebration of her Life will be held in the Chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Joe Bowker officiating. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will greet friends on Monday, January 4, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Donations may be made to the Diabetes Association , 233 Peachtree Street, Suite 2225, Atlanta, Georgia, 30303.
Mrs. Long was born in Macon, Georgia to the late James and Robie Coleman Stevens. She was a member of Berean Baptist Church of Macon, Georgia. Her granddaughter was her life and she enjoyed spoiling her. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt.
