Son of the late William and Louisa Cock

In 1904 Arthur joined the Navy intending to enlist for 12 years. He was discharged in 1905 with good character but reasons unknown.
In 1911 he was living with his parents and brother Henry at 3 Glencoe Terrace Wadebridge, helping his father as a mason/builder.
He joined the Duke of Cornwall's Light Infantry

Arthur died at the Welsh metropolitan War Hospital, Whitchurch
