Miss Myrtle R. Sprang

Miss Myrtle R. Sprang, 71, 2214 Paul St., Manitowoc, died Friday evening November 20, 1992 at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc. She was born Aug. 19, 1921, Town of Two Rivers, Manitowoc County. She is the daughter of the late Charles and Rose (Staddler) Sprang. She was employed as a housekeeper for Msgr. Alfred Schneider for many years. Member of the Rosary and Altar Society of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Kellnersville; and a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Two Rivers.

She is survived by five brother and four sisters-in-law, Herman and Vivians Sprang, Reedsville; Carl Sprang, Florida; Richard and Dorothy Zinkel, Plymouth; Anton and Joyce Zinkel, Two Rivers; Arthur and Mary Zinkel, Brillion; six sisters and five brothers-in-law, Mrs. Marie (Ivan) Fictum, Manitowoc; Margaret and Ray Trainor, Manitowoc; Delores and Donald Manlick, Manitowoc; Gertrude and Abdon Kohlbeck, Francis Creek; Rose and Robert Bushman, Newton; Florence and Darrel McCollum, Missouri; one uncle, nieces, nephews, cousins, Msgr. Alfred Schneider and friends also survived.

She was preceded in death by her stepfather Edward Zinkel.

Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 4 to 9 p.m. today. Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m., lead by Msgr. Schneider. Funeral 10:15 a.m. Tuesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, and 11 a.m. Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Two Rivers, with Msgr. Alfred Schneider officiating. Burial at St. Casimir Church Cemetery, North Elm.
