Funeral services were held Saturday at St. Casimir Catholic Church, Northeim and burial in the church cemetery. Pallbearers were Alvin and LeRoy Rathsack, Lloyd and Russell Landt, Norbert Graczyk and John Watzka.

Ben Rathsack, 69, of Route 3, Manitowoc, died Wednesday evening at Maple Crest Sanitarium, Whitelaw, where he had been a patient since August 18.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc and at 10;30 .m. at St. Casimir Catholic Church, Northeim. The Rev. Robert Berg will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mr. Rathsack was born June 9, 1897, at Milwaukee, son of the late Joseph and Antoinette Piatrouski Rathsack. He came to Manitowoc County as a child with his parents. He was a veteran of World War I, and had been a watchman at Mirro Aluminum Co. until retiring in 1962. He was a member of the Holy Name Society. He married Anna Watzka May 1, 1923 at Pine Grove.
