Whitbeck in the Democrat and Chronicle was titled "MORE THAN 70 YEARS IDENTIFIED WITH CITY" and subtitled " J. B. Whitbeck, One of Rochester's Oldest Citizens, Dies in his Ninetieth Year, Rode on the First Central Train."
