Lori was formerly employed at CCG and she enjoyed fishing and being around animals.
Born in Columbus, February 23, 1977, Lori was the daughter of Thomas R. Hale Jr. and Linda Dean Hale.
Survivors include her parents, Thomas R. Hale Jr. and Linda Hale of Columbus; a brother, Brian Hale of Indianapolis; her triplet sisters, Stacey Hale of Columbus and Melissa (Brandon) Crawford of TN; nephews, Jacob and Collin Crawford; grandparents, Donald and Betty Dean of Wabash; two Aunts and two Uncles.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Thomas R. Hale Sr. and her grandmother, Thelma Hale.
