DEATHS
Mrs. Isaac Briggs died in her home, 1611 Spring street, Thursday evening at 5:30 o'clock from a complication of diseases, from which she had suffered since last June.
Born in Sheffield, England, on October 29, 1852, she came to the United States and direct to Quincy in 1877. She was a member of the Vermont street M. E. church.
Besides her husband, she leaves one son, Isaac Briggs, Jr., of Quincy; two daughters, Mrs. R. Burnham of Macomb, and Miss Marie Briggs, at home.

The funeral of Mrs. Isaac Briggs was held at the home, 1611 Spring street, Sunday afternoon, with the Rev. C. F. W. Smith officiating. Mrs. John Kolker and Mrs. W. B. Smiley sang. Burial was made in Greenmount cemetery. The pallbearers were Mike Barry, Henry Mescher, John Dittmeyer, Claude Wamsley, Ed Hildebrand and W. Slater.
