ALEXANDRIA, IN-Debra Kay Quinn, 60, passed away on Sunday, December 20, 2015 at her residence following an 18 month battle with cancer.
She was born on January 26, 1955 at Fort Benjamin Harrison, Indianapolis and has lived in Alexandria most of her lifetime. She was a graduate of Alexandria-Monroe High School-Class of 1973. She was a home maker. Debra was an active member of the Christian Congregation Church. She enjoyed genealogy, knitting and crocheting.
