We are very sorry to record the death of Uncle John Miser last Thursday morning. He had been sick for a long time and his death was not unexpected. He was 80 years old and had lived here for a great many years and was well known by all. He leaves a wife and three children to mourn their loss. Funeral services were held at the M.E. Church Friday afternoon, of which he was a member, and were conducted by the pastor, Rev. Gilmore. The remains were laid to rest in the Pea Ridge cemetery.
