Calvin Wait died at his home on Pearson Mill road on Wednesday morning, at the age of 71 years Funeral Friday at 2 p. m. Interment Oak Park.

The funeral services of the late Calvin Wait were held at the family residence on the Pearson Mill road, at 2 p.m., Friday. Mr. Wait was a veteran and served three years in the civil war in Company E, 10th Pennsylvania Reserves. The services were conducted by Rev. Norris White of the Croton Avenue M. E. church, and were very impressive. Quite a large number of relatives, friends, neighbors and old soldiers in attendance. The pallbearers were: George Vandegrift; John Vandegrift; Adam Chapman and J. C. Stevenson.
The interment was in Oak Park Cemetery ________________________________________

DIVORCES TO BE ASKED FOR.
Cases Where Marriage Has Been Ostensibly Proved A Failure - Three Homes Broken Up By Family Discord.
The third case is that of Calvin Wait who asks to be divorced from his wife Anna Wait. He alleges that that they were married in January 1863 in New York State but on account of her cruel and barbarous treatment he no longer desires to live with her. He claimed that his wife has stoned him and has hit and kicked him and offered indignities.
