He is survived by his parents Robert Quarles, Sr., and Shirley Quarles of Hemphill, his daughters: Suzanne Quarles of Cotter, Arkansas, and Brenda Pena of Cotter, Arkansas, his brother Ronald Quarles of Hemphill, and his six grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his sister Rebecca Keith.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM, Saturday, December 19, 2015, in the Mount Sinai Cemetery, in Hemphill, Texas.
