Weldon Gary Bragg passed away on Monday night, December 7, 2015 at Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center in Bonham, Texas. Weldon was born on September 17, 1924, the son of David Edgar Bragg and Luna Gretelle Russell Bragg.

Weldon is preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Jackie Elaine Bragg, and his three brothers; Dan Hubert Bragg, Richard Russell Bragg, and James Edgar Bragg.

Weldon is survived by his wife, daughter, three sons, sixteen grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Funeral Services for Weldon Cary Bragg, 91 of Bonham will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, December 12, 2015 at Cross Trails Cowboy Church in Fairlie, Texas 4761 FM 1563, Commerce, Texas 75428 under the direction of Wise Funeral Home. Pastor Oliver Mowat will officiate. Burial will follow at Willow Wild Cemetery in Bonham.

Memorials may be made to the Fannin County Children’s Center or Fannin County Historical Museum.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Friday, December 11, 2015 at Wise Funeral Home, 219 West Sam Rayburn Drive, Bonham, Texas 75418.
