Mrs. Owa Martin CHARLESTON, Ill. Funeral services for Mrs. Owa Mae Martin, 86, were conducted at 2 pm. today at the Harper-Swickard funeral home here with burial in Humboldt cemetery. Mrs. Martin died at 2:50 p. m. Sunday at the Charleston Nursing Home.

She was born Sept. 2, 1876, in the state of Kansas, daughter of Perry G. and Melinda Satchel Gardner.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Ela Mae Welsh, Charleston, and Mrs. Opal Mlddleton, Anderson, Ind.; a brother, Roy Gardner, Arcola, eight grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
