She was born October 3, 1933 in Prentiss County to the late Robert Lee Lindsey and Zena Quay Huddleston Lindsey.
She was a loving homemaker, and a pastor's wife.
She loved hosting family, friends, missionaries, and evangelists in her home.
She also enjoyed gardening. Gladys was a member of the Canaan Assembly of God.
Services will be held at 12:30 P.M., Wednesday, December 9, 2015, at the Booneville Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Randy Lainhart and the Rev. Ricky Peeples Officiating.
Burial will be in the Mt. Pisgah Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery.
Booneville Funeral Home is in Charge of the Arrangements.
She is survived by her daughter Karen Connally (Jon) of Hamilton, GA, her son Jeff Hapner (Tammy) of Wilson, MI, three brothers Jim Lindsey (Pat) of Memphis, TN, William Lindsey (Pat) of Vancleave, and Dwight Lindsey (Sue) of Burnsville, three granddaughters Hannah Hurst and Lizzie Whaley both of Columbus, GA, and Grace Connally of Hamilton, GA, a grandson Jonathan Connally of Hamilton, GA, and an aunt Laurel Huddleston of Booneville.
She was Preceded in death by her Parents; and her Husband the Rev. Allen C. Hapner.
Pallbearers will be Tommy Bray, Gary Carlton, Dale Hare, Sam Hisaw, Max Morman, and Skipper Wright.
Honarary pallbearers will be Merle Chaffin, Ed Cotham, and Randal Hare.
Visitation will be Wednesday, December 9, 2015, from 11 a.m., 'til 12:30 P.M., at the Funeral Home.
