She was born April 20, 1901, at Holton, the daughter of Matthew and Margaret McAsey McGrath. She moved to Ottawa from Topeka in 1929.
Miss McGrath worked at the Methodist Home for the Aged at Topeka until retiring in 1971.
She was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Ottawa.
Survivors include five brothers, George McGrath, Emporia, Emmett McGrath, Route 4, Ottawa, Gerald McGrath and Joe McGrath, both of Ottawa, and Harry McGrath, Colorado Springs.
Mass will be recited at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the Dengel and Son Mortuary, Ottawa. Burial will be at noon Wednesday at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Holton. A rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary, where friends may call from 6 p.m. Monday until the services.
