Mrs. Stout was a native of Knob Creek in Johnson City and was a daughter of the late Norman Cicero and Iva Wilson Tester.

She was a retired teachers assistant at the Kings Springs Elementary School working with deaf children.

Mrs. Stout had been a member of the Johnson City Seventh Day Adventist Church for the past forty-three years.

She is preceded in death by: her parents Norman Circero and Iva Wilson Tester, her husband, Tol Stout in 1993; three brothers, Raymond, Howard and Earl Tester; four sisters, Mabel Tester, Clydia Tester, Rebecca Tester and Laura Tester Good.

Gravesite Details

The graveside service will be conducted at in the Duncan-Carathers Cemetery (near Ashley Furniture).
