Donna Mae Knight, 69, of Jasper Road, Piketon, Ohio, died Sunday, November 29, 2015 at Adena- Pike Medical Center, Waverly, Ohio. She was born January 24, 1946, daughter of the late Arthur Lloyd and Inez Geneva Gleason Barker. On June 20, 1962 Donna was united in marriage to Donald L. Knight Sr. who survives. Also surviving is a son and wife of Maryville, Tennessee, two daughters; mother-in-law, of Piketon, four grandchildren, brother-in-law, of Piketon, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by a sister, Sandra Jean Robbins and a son-in-law Ron Blanton. Donna had worked as a beautician, bookkeeper with her husband, and a parts runner for Ohio Valley Veneer, and was a member of Waverly First Baptist Church and attended Elm Grove Church of Christ. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday December 4, 2015 at the Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly, with Darrell Pinkerton, Minister, Rev. Bud Brabson and Rev. Glade May officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Union Cemetery, Waverly. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday and from noon until the service on Friday.
