Survivors: Husband, Sam Blackwell; two daughters, Barbara Ann Bethurum of Hot Springs, Ark., and Donna Irene Leonard of North Richland Hills; brother, Rex Marion of Granbury; sister, Sarah Carelock of Grand Prairie; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
