She was born on September 2, 1954 in Munising, to the late Cecil and Betty (Humphrey) Goodrich.
Shirley graduated from Eben High School.
In her younger years she enjoyed horses, softball, darts, throwing horseshoes, and arm-wrestling. Later on in life, Shirley cherished the time she was able to spend with her grandchildren.
She was survived by her son and daughter-in-law – Richard and Leslie Goodrich of Green Bay; husband - Nick Cromell of Munising; grandchildren – Devyn, Emma, Kynlee, and Elliot; siblings – Diane of South Carolina, Ceil of Chatham, Paula of Cincinnati, OH, and Lorne (Julie) Goodrich of Munising; mother-in-law – Pat Cromell of Munising; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents Cecil and Betty.
Private family services were held, and a public graveside service was held at the Maple Grove Cemetery on Friday, May 22, 2015 at 3:30 p.m.. The service was officiated by Rev. Sandra Kolder.
