Jerry lived most of his life in Anderson, Ind., and graduated from Anderson High School in 1947. He was an Air Force veteran. He lived his later years in Florida. While living in Florida, he developed a love for shuffleboard and became a pro-shuffleboard player.
He is survived by his wife, Janet Brandon of Zephyrhills, Fla.; daughter, Jeri (Ralph) Ellis of Pendleton, Ind.; son, Rick (Susan) Brandon of Indianapolis; stepdaughter, Valarie Miller of San Diego, Calif.; stepson, David Richter of Kendallville, Ind.; eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; sister, Judith (Richard) Dennison of Anderson, Ind.; and one niece and nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Dorothy (Snyder) Brandon; and one brother, Joseph Brandon.
Cremation will take place and there will be no services per his wishes.
