FARMINGTON – Emma Marlene Moon Bowen went to be with her eternal sweetheart Garrick on Wednesday, November 18, 2015. She was surrounded by her family. She was a very kind and loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend.

She married the love of her life Garrick Bowen on January 23, 1959.

She was a dedicated member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many callings. She had a love for life and was one of the few angels that walked on this earth. She dedicated her life to serving others and making sure that her family and friends were taken care of.

She is survived by her sons: Alan (Phyllis) and Mark (Shelli); daughters: Janet (Jesse) Brown and Karen Bowen; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; three brothers: Jim (Suzanne) Moon, Bob (KleaAnn) Moon and Stan (Gina) Moon.

Preceded in death by her husband, Garrick Bowen; and brother, John Moon.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 28, 2015 at 11 a.m. at the Farmington North Stake, 729 W. Shepard Lane, Farmington. Friends may visit family Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main and Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church.

Interment, Farmington City Cemetery.
