SWEETWATER RITES FOR MRS. HUBBARD

Sweetwater - Funeral was held at 10 a.m. Monday in Patterson Chapel of Memories for Mrs. Bertie Mary Hubbard, 73. The Rev. Preston Barrett, First Christian Church pastor, officiated.

The longtime Sweetwater resident was discovered dead at 11 a.m. Sunday in her 309 E. 5th home by her son, L. M. Hubbard. Her physician said a stroke was the probably cause of death.

Survivors are three sons, L. M. of Sweetwater, Edward of Santa Fe, N.M., and Myron of San Antonio; a sister, Mrs. Milton Goode of San Antonio; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
