Sweetwater - Mrs. W. H. (Fannie) Bennett, 81, of Sweetwater, died Friday at 2 a.m. in Simmons Memorial Hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Fourth and Elm St. Church of Christ. Dalton Yates, minister, and J. T. Marlin of Hereford will officiate. Burial will be in Sweetwater Cemetery under direction of McCoy Funeral Home.
Mrs. Bennett was born Oct. 9, 1889 in Bitter Creek. She married W. H. (Watt) Bennett on Aug. 22, 1909 in Sweetwater. He died Oct. 4, 1965.
Survivors include a son, Henry L. of Sweetwater; two daughters, Mrs. W. R. (Earlene) Kelley and Mrs. A. L. (Maureen) Frazier of Abilene; two brothers, Crutcher Scott of Abilene and Will H. Scott of Throckmorton; a sister, Mrs. Irl Faver; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers are James B. Cox, Hudson Lincoln, Homer Cranfil, Thomas Whittenburg, Gerald Kent, Will Faver, R. M. Faver, and Marshall Pior.
