James is survived by his loving caregiver Sue Seay of Mount Vernon; daughter and son-in-law Sarah and Paul Lueb of Plano; daughter Carolyn Grier of Gainesville; son Weldon Seay of Newton; daughter Brenda Lewis of Carrollton; daughter and son-in-law Pamila and Don Carter of Little Elm; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one brother; one sister; numerous nieces and nephews.
Mr. Seay was preceded in death by his wife Gertrude Ortlon Seay, his parents, and one brother.
