Mr. Seay passed away in Denton, Texas on November 4, 2015. He was born February 10, 1933 in Rockhill, Texas to Edward Long and Medie Jaggers Seay.
James is survived by his loving caregiver Sue Seay of Mount Vernon; daughter and son-in-law Sarah and Paul Lueb of Plano; daughter Carolyn Grier of Gainesville; son Weldon Seay of Newton; daughter Brenda Lewis of Carrollton; daughter and son-in-law Pamila and Don Carter of Little Elm; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one brother; one sister; numerous nieces and nephews.
Mr. Seay was preceded in death by his wife Gertrude Ortlon Seay, his parents, and one brother.
