Funeral services for Wanda Gaston Spears, 74, will be held Wednesday, 1:00 pm November 18, 2015 at Cottle Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Larry Craig officiating. Burial will be at Shiloh Cemetery Omen, Texas under the direction of Cottle Funeral Home, Troup.
Wanda passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2015 in Tyler, Texas.
She was born on February 17, 1941 to Steve Gaston and Bertha Shoemaker Gaston.
Wanda was a devoted Baptist and a homemaker for several years.
Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, and a daughter, Kay Kale.
Survivors include her daughter Charlann Griffin and son Darryl Smith, both of Tyler, four grandchildren; Stephanie Smith, Darryl Smith Jr., Chad Green, and Dustin Green and seven great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends and loved ones on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 prior to the service at 12:00 pm at Cottle Funeral Home, Troup.
