William Edward, son of Charles and Mary Tibbs, was born Sept. 14, 1859. He married Evelyn Sons Nov. 8, 1878. They had five children. Two died in infancy and Harvey died July 1936. His wife died April 4, 1935. He leaves one son, Cloyd, of Racine, Wisconsin and one girl, Mayme Ray, of Houston, Texas. Burial in Pin Oak cemetery.
