Arthur was born on August 8, 1936 in Palatka. Tod enjoyed hunting, fishing and growing citrus. He was predeceased by his daughter Angela Kepler. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Frances; sons Michael Kepler and Gene Kepler (Ann); sisters Pat Shutts and Ginger Hensley; grandchildren Michael Kepler, Christy Hendrixson and Kaley and 7 great-grandchildren.
