Thelma was a resident of Thomasville, Georgia at the time of her passing. She was the daughter of the late George Felton and Mary Ola Young. Thelma was married to James O. West and was preceded in death by a son, Paul Timothy West.

Funeral services will be 2:00PM at Eastside Baptist Church on Saturday November 7 2015. Interment will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens and Pastor Danny Alford will officiate.
