William David Rector, age 51 of Powell went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 3, 2015. He worked and retired from KCDC for 30 years.
Preceded in death by grandparents, Ethel and John C. Rector and Joseph Doherty. Survived by wife of 29 years, Tina Rector; son, Chris Jackson and wife Rachel; daughters, Kayla Rector and fiancé, Rick Foster, Beth Rector and fiancé Allen Worsham; grandchildren, Hannah Jackson, Lexi Kiser, Mason Foster, Dawson Jackson, and Levi Worsham; parents, Jay and Barbara Rector; brothers, Joe and Tommy Rector; mother-in-law, Marion Adams; brothers-in-law, Danny Braden and wife Janice, Brian Adams and wife Tammy; special cousins, Pam Bailey and Sherry Wright; several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles; special friends, Mike Bradley, Larry James, Randy Butner, Bill Roberts, Tim Roach, Lauren Gibson, Michael Nettles, and Little Becky, and all his friends whom he rode motorcycles with.
