Mrs. Pittman, 70, died June 9, 2001, at Vicksburg Medical Center. She was born in Lincoln County on May 10, 1931, to Jim Woodall and Laura Dickerson Woodall.
She was a retired LPN with SMRMC. She was a member of Montgomery Baptist Church.
Preceding her in death were her parents; and her brother, Billy Wayne Woodall.
Survivors are her son, Sidney Pittman of Summit; her daughter, Paula Howard of Gulfport; her sister, Shirley Forrest of McComb; and two nieces and one nephew.
Memorials may be made to the RA's and GA's of Montgomery Baptist Church.
