He is survived by one son, Roy Knoll of Stockton; four daughters, Mrs. Irene Bender of Stockton, Mrs. Alice Schmidke of Lodi, Mrs. Anne Affeldt of Chico and Mrs. Martha Griess of Sacramento; eight brothers and sisters, Mrs. Christina Goehring, Mrs. Ida Batch, Mrs. Bertha Kammerer, George Knoll, August Knoll and Adolph Knoll, all of Lodi; Mrs. Emma Grenz of Acampo and Mrs. Mary Schutz of Franklin; and eight grandchildren.
