Mary A. True, 96, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2002, at O'Fallon Health Care.
Born Oct. 7, 1906, to James and Harriett Montgomery Ryan, she married Willard E. True on Aug. 4, 1930. He died June 4, 1978.
She also was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers.
Surviving are one son, J. Edward (and Myrna) and one brother, Virgil Ryan of Peoria.
She worked for Bergner's department store in Peoria.
Burial will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens.
