She was a member of the Catholic Church and was active in the Hope Resurrection Christian Church activities.
Veronica attended Ogden High School and Steven Henager's College. She was currently working at IRS. She loved to be with her children and family. She enjoyed fishing and being with friends and family. She was an avid Raiders fan. To know her was to love her because of her caring personality.
Veronica is survived by her parents; her daughters, Maria, Blanca, Aracely, Daniela; her son, Valente; her grandson, Anthony Martin Jr.; grandmother, Jaunita Passillas and brother, Frank "Pancho" (Annette) Valdez Jr. and Aurelio Lopez.
She was preceded in death by her son, Francisco "Cisco" Lopez; grandparents, Joseph and Anna Lopez and Steven Valdez.
Funeral services will be held at 11AM on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. A viewing will be held on Tuesday from 6 to 8 PM. and Wednesday prior to the service from 9:30 to 10:30 AM.
Interment, Evergreen Memorial Park.
