Born April 29, 1917, in Peoria to Bud and Irene Elliott Young, she married Wayne H. Bice on March 22, 1941, in Peoria. He died in 1988. Surviving are two sons, David and Brian; and one brother, Elliott B. Young.
She was a member of the PEO Sisterhood.
She was a member of First Federated Church, where inurnment will be in the columbarium.
