Mrs. Mathias Anderson Died Wednesday at the Age of 66 Years

Mrs. Mathias Anderson of Sioux City passed away Wednesday morning in a hospital in Sioux City from paralysis, following and illness of four days.

Mary Anderton was born in Canada Nov. 18, 1863. She came to Milwaukee when she was a small child and lived there until she was 13 years old. She came to Big Springs from Milwaukee. In 1883 she was united in marriage with Mathias Anderson at Big Springs. She was a member of the Baptist church at Big Springs when she resided there.

She is survived by her widower, one son, Dana Anderson of Sioux City, and two daughters, Mrs. J.H. Danofsky of Sioux City and Mrs. C.E. Jones of Council Bluffs. She also leaves seven brothers and sisters, A.J. Anderton and Mrs. C.A. Ericson of Hawarden; C.F. Anderton and Mrs. C.J. Johnson of Alcester; Mrs. E.A. Larson of Sioux City; Mrs. Cora Waterbury of Akron and Mrs. Harvey Cox of Hecla, S.D.
