Reverend David Rodney Bloomquist passed away peacefully in his sleep on October 17, 2015.

Pastor Dave was born on May 26, 1932 to Leonard and Saima Bloomquist in Ironwood, Michigan.

Pastor Dave received his Bachelor’s Degree at Rockmont College in Longmont, Colorado in 1967.

Pastor Dave and Char started out their ministry pastoring churches in Virginia where he enlisted in the army and had his first born child, Diane. They then moved to Nebraska where Carol and Rudy were born. With three little girls in tow they pastored churches in Colorado and Minnesota before accepting a calling in Utah in 1976. They were the deeply loved ministers at North Park Church in Roy for 30 years before retiring.

After retirement Pastor Dave had the opportunity to become the Pastor for the senior citizens at Christian Worship Center.
