Mrs. C. C. Nicholas, 52, died suddenly at her home, North street, Pass Christian, Sunday afternoon at 2:45 o'clock. A native of Long Beach where she was born February 10, 1890, she was long-time resident of Pass Christian. Survivors include her husband, Zeno Nicholas; one son Reuben C. Nicholas, Fort Knox, Ky.; three daughters, Mrs. Wm. Mevius and Mrs. Elizabeth Ford, Pass Christian, and Mrs. R. Ory, Gainesville, TX; three brothers, Antoine Alexander, Bay St. Louis, Charles and Francis Alexander, McNiell, and a sister, Mrs. Mary Jane Spiers, McNeill. Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon from 234 Market street, Pass Christian, with the Rev. W. S. Allen of Long Beach officiating. Interment will be in Allen Cemetery, Long Beach.
