Powell, Jr., Washington, D.C., Arnold F. Powell, of Birmingham, John R. Powell, Montgomery, Ala., William J. Powell, of Washington, D.C., and J. Holland Powell, of Dothan, Ala.; 1 daughter, Mrs. W.G. Phillips, Jr., of Birmingham; 12 grandchildren.
