James's tombstone is incorrect. He was born in 1883, as was his twin sister, Annie. Annie's memorial shows a DOB of 9 Jul 1883.

James Wield Clark Buried Wednesday.

Funeral services of James Wield Clark were held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Methodist church in Stockholm, with Rev. H. E. Baber of the York in charge. Interment was in Stockham cemetery.

Whit Wilkins, Esther Tucker, Frank Tucker and Gertrude Arndt sang at the funeral, accompanied by Mrs. George B. Miles. Pallbearers were Herman Arndt, Harold Arndt, William Hahle, Dennis Monger, Pete Goertzen and John Druba.

James Wield Clark, the son of James & Christina Clark, was born July 9, 1883, at Petersburg, Illinois. He moved with his parents to Alliance, Nebraska, when he was seven years old and has lived in Nebraska most of his life time.

He died Sunday morning at 9:30 o'clock in Mary Lanning hospital, Hastings, after a seven weeks' illness. His father, three sisters and four brothers are dead. He is survived by his aged mother and two sisters, Mrs. Esther Miller of Wichita Falls, Texas, and Mrs. Annie Bottorf of Arapahoe, Colo., the latter being his twin.
