Yutaka "Bob" Watanabe, 68, of Stockto, died Saturday in his home. Born in Oakland, Mr. Watanabe settled in Stockton 50 years ago. He was a retired farmer. He was a member of the Stockton Buddhist Temple, Tomonokai, Stockton Japanese American Citizens League and Aichi Shinboku Kai. Survivors include his wife, Hanae "June" Watanabe of Stockton; three daughters, Barbara Takemoto of Stockton, and Jean Carter and Ruby Yamada, both of San Hose; a son, George Watanabe of Stockton; two brothers, Jim Watanabe and Tak Watanabe, both of Stockton; a sister, Margaret Yoshiko Hokoda of Los Angeles; and six grandchildren.
